Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass or in school gymnasiums. If you need your rental for a gymnasium please let us know in advance. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup in gymnasiums are anchored with sandbags.

We require a 25% deposit on all rentals (if not paid in full). This deposit is subtracted from the balance due, pulls your unit from our inventory, & guarantees it’ll be available for your event. If your event is cancelled within 72 hours before delivery, you’ll be issued a Bounce Around Acadiana Credit good for up to 6 months from the original date of the event. Credit must me used on an equal or greater value unit/rental. Bounce Around Acadiana reserves the right to cancel at any time due to inclement weather conditions and we’ll issue credit to be used like the above statement.

Delivery Times are between 8am-12pm on the day of your event. From time to time, we may need to deliver the day before to keep routes more efficient, due to high gas prices. If this is the case, we will never charge you for this extra time and will contact you to make arrangements. 

Pick Up Times start at 6pm during daylight savings time, on the day of your event. If you picked overnight rental option, we would pick up the unit in the morning after your event. If you would like more time with your unit, we suggest selecting multiple days.
